Two balding 30 something hardened backstreet factory workers from Birmingham (England) trying to find a way to wind down after another days hard graft.
The Moans were born January 2004. OK, Steve Gates (Guitar/Vocals) and Andy Wheeler (Drums) have been creating quality stuff since they were spotty school kids running together. They’ve been round the block, done the time and come all the way back again but this is real quality stuff they are now creating. Something very special - world beating, infact. Englands ‘anything retro’ banner (the ‘in thing’ for now) has given ‘The Moans’ the chance to be heard thanks to the surging popularity of bands such as The White Stripes and The Black Keys.
